DE 9011: It is recommended that the code values 35E, 36E, 37E and 38E in this data element be used in preference to the same code values in data element 9013.
DE 9013: This data element is only used when a negative event, e.g. not collected, is used in data element 9011. The data element is used to provide a reason for the event detailed in data element 9011.
