Segment Notes: This segment is used to identify the position of a component or composite data element within a segment. This segment is only used to identify component or composite data elements within the segment identified in the UCS segment which have errors. DE 0098: The numerical count position of the simple or composite data element in error. The segment tag and each simple and composite data element position number within the segment. DE 0104: The numerical count position of the component data element in error. Each component data element position defined in the composite data element description shall cause the count to be incremented. Example : UCD+12+4:4'
